Main Opnions

There is a popular phrase now called "Putting Power Into A Cage". But if the power is too big and too heavy, how big and solid will the cage be? After all, the "cage" is a waste of society. We hope that the power is smaller and the cage is smaller, so that the burden on the public can be lightened. This is the experience of Wukan Village's development and the experience of world democracy.

Controversy

The "institutional" interest damage caused to farmers by the problems of the land system has just reached a certain level? Professor Dang Guoying of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences calculated a detailed account. So, what is the current reform direction of the land system? This magazine has selected Liu Fuyuan, deputy dean of the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, Xu Guoguang, mayor of Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, and Zhang Xinguang, a 10-year township party secretary.
